We have honored just about everything from banana slugs to field mice by naming a day after them. So, it only seems right to honor the 100th Anniversary of a President of the United States.
Being true to his liberal form, Senator Russ Feingold, Demoncrat, Wisconsin, shows real hate and contempt for a truly great statesman. It is probably not entirely his fault, for it may be embedded in his genes.
Maybe it is because this bill does not spend money and raise taxes.
Russ is blocking the Senate from voting to mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of Ronald Reagan.
