The police later picked up Juan Vasquez and have held him in jail for charges brought on by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, not murder as I would have thought.  He will be arraigned later so maybe the murder charge will be brought later.

Let me ask you:  why would ICE be interested in Juan?  Maybe it is because they know he is an illegal alien.  If you take a close look on his neck, you can see an “M”.  Could it be that he is a member of that MS23 gang from South America that has been so successful in spreading their drugs and evil throughout the United States?  Criminals from foreign countries should not be in this country.  If criminals apply for entry, they are denied.

Two kids would be alive today if our immigration policy were enforced for just this one person.  Remember, we need to eliminate the criminals.

Some people would say to get rid of the guns.  Remember that the gun didn’t kill the two kids – a criminal who was breaking a whole bunch of laws by having a weapon did the killing.  The iPod didn’t do the killing either, but if it was not stolen, people would still be alive.

No word on what happened to the iPod, so it must have fled the scene.

How, you may ask, is the UN Ambassador involved in Second Amendment issues?  The quick and dirty answer is short: The United Nations Small Arms and Light Weapons Conference.  Started in 1995, it has been peaking its head out every few years, slowly making progress toward disarming the general population of the United States, despite our protection of the Second Amendment. Its supposed target is terrorists, so this conference is trying to prohibit any type of weapon, including pistols and revolvers, from being sold to anyone except a legitimate country.

Since all arms would only be sold to countries, the terrorists supposedly, in the UN’s view, not be able to obtain them.  Aside from the fact that the UN has never been good at enforcing any of it’s findings against anyone, they have been trying to get the United States to sign this agreement for years.  Once signed, it has the force of law, and you can bet that the United Nations will have no problem enforcing this agreement.  By the way, this agreement also trumps our own Second Amendment, as guns will not be able to be sold to individuals.  Many countries sell arms directly to terrorists, but a US citizen will not even be able to buy from these countries, as our guns may fall into the hands of terrorists.

Liberals are often enamored with the UN which is a collection of dictators and thugs, aside from the few countries in the world that practice freedom for the people.  On the other hand, John Bolton has saved the United States from having its own constitution ripped apart many times and that is why the Libs hate him.

Out of state guns purchases must be done through a pair of FFL persons.  The first is the gun shop where the weapon is purchased from.  You have to go through all the federal requirements, paperwork and FBI checks to be approved for the purchase.

Then you have to go through the exact same paperwork and FBI check again when the gun arrives at your local in-state gun shop.  If you pass the approval cycle at the first gun store, you should be able to pick it up, rather than going through the time and expense of a second set of paperwork.

It is ironic that the federal law states the firearms must be shipped through a common carrier, like Federal Express, who can hire ex-felons, which are prohibited from possessing, handling or even being in the same room with a gun.  FedEx was specifically mentioned, as they recently had an employee, who was a felon, convicted of stealing firearms from the truck.

Terrorist in Mumbai by Sebastian

“I only wish I had a gun rather than a camera,” said Sebastian D’Souza, who works at the Mumbai Mirror.  He witnessed the terrorists strolling in a train station indiscriminately shooting people.  Later on in the day they were more selective in gathering Jewish people and people with US or UK passports, killing many of them.  Oddly enough, only the Belfast Telegraph and some EU newspapers identified the terrorists as Muslim Terrorists.

Even more tragic were the reactions of the police.  Sebastian said “I told some policemen the gunmen had moved towards the rear of the station but they refused to follow them. What is the point if having policemen with guns if they refuse to use them?” [Emphasis added.]

Even more unfortunate was the fact that India does not have a Second Amendment.  If Sebastian had a gun, I am sure he would have used it.

Let’s back up a little bit in time and review some shootings right here in the United States.  The Columbine High School and the Virginia Tech shootings had something in common with the terrorist shootings in Mumbai, India.  Give up???

In the US shootings, he police hid until the shooting was over.  ”There were armed policemen hiding all around the station but none of them did anything,” said Sebastian in Mumbai.

Only later, in India when the Taj was in flames, did the police start shooting back.  Unfortunately over 150 people (estimates are still growing) were killed.  How many lives could have been save if the police had acted will never be known?  Only 10 terrorists executed this atrocity.  Having that number reduced by half at the train station would have made a difference.

Only allow the police to be armed?  I don’t think so.  After all, the police are only good for tracking down the killers after there are bodies littering our landscape.  I can only repeat what Sebastian said: “What is the point if having policemen with guns if they refuse to use them?”

Just like that photographer, if I was armed in a similar situation, at least one terrorist would have assumed room temperature, possibly more.

God bless the United States.  Thank God for the Heller decision.  Now, let’s work to prevent California from turning into a target-rich Mumbai.

The Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence, Inc, AKA Brady Bunch, AKA Handgun Control Inc., etc. is on a roll again.  They released a report in November dated October 2008 called Assault Weapons: “Mass Produced Mayhem”.

They attribute their sub-title to the BAFTE: The phrase “mass produced mayhem” is taken from the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive’s description of assault weapons in its “Assault Weapons Profile” (April 1994).

The Executive Summary opens with: Assault weapons are military-style weapons of war, made for offensive military assaults.

The report then goes on and lists a list of guns that are not considered assault weapons by the BATFE they so lovingly quote.  Later, the Brady Bunch mentions a whole bunch of shootings with semi-automatic firearms.  An assault weapon used in war is fully automatic, so most of the stories in this report do not have anything to do with assault weapons.

This bunch of people also likes to spread the fallacy of “weapons of choice” for criminals and gang members.

Consider this scenario: An angry man jumps out of a car with a sword yelling at you and goes to chop off your head (a very familiar tactic used by Radical Islamic Fascists).  You are armed with a powerful semiautomatic weapon.  What do you do?

• A. Ask him what is bothering him and try to understand where his head is at before attempting to negotiate with him. Maybe he would be satisfied with an arm or even a finger. How about plucking out just your left eye?
• B. Run inside and get your own sword just to make the fight fair.
• C. BANG!

Yes, there is a joke about this that has been circulating around since 9/11/2001 and in other forms before that.  The wife in one version tells her hero husband not to even think of taking what he shot to the taxidermist.

Option C was used at the Church of Scientology’s Celebrity Centre in Hollywood, California this past Sunday, November 23^rd.  A security guard shot a sword-wielding maniac (he actually had two samurai swords) who attempted to attack him and two other guards.

Obama Has Already Started Collecting Gun Owner Information

Are you thinking of applying for one of the 8,000 jobs in the new Obama Team?  Do you also own a gun?  If you are not a huge donor to his campaign, I wish you luck; you will need it.

Below is question 59 from the Obama employment application.

This type of question was never asked on the Bush applications.  In fact, I do not remember it on the Clinton administration’s forms either.

Do you think Obama included it in his application so he could give preferential treatment to his “fellow hunters”?  I would bet his campaign will use this as a litmus test to exclude anyone who supports the Second Amendment from working for his campaign.

Obama’s  ”useful idiots” from his government will be tasked to collect the guns from all of us, particularly those who had the gall to apply for a job.  Someone should take Obama to court for infringing on America’s Civil Rights.

Get out and vote on Tuesday – every one of you [ except for the Obama supporters, which will vote on Wednesday  If anyone really believes this they deserve not to vote as they probably do not understand what a vote is.  Of course you could also debate what the meaning of "is" is.]

We know that Obama supports guns, the destruction of guns owned by law-abiding citizens, that is.  So I expected to hear about another gun ban from the founder of FrontSight.

Dr. Ignatius Piazza, the Founder and Director of Front Sight Firearms Training Institute, has a post that describes what will happen if Obama and the Democrat party take over our country.  He also explains who we got to this point by citing some well-researched history in the life cycle of a nation.

Dr. Piazza has found the following research from Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota:

• Number of States won by Democrats: 19, Republicans: 29
• Square miles of land won by Democrats: 580,000, Republicans: 2,427,000
• Population of counties won by Democrats: 127 million, Republicans: 143  million
• Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by Democrats: 13.2, Republicans: 2.1

Very Interesting.  Maybe we should pass a law that requires the posting of signs at the edges of areas controlled by Democrats. The signs should read “All who enter here will lose their citizenship and souls.  Abandon all hope at these gates.”

Vote and Help Protect America

Remember, whoever takes the Oath Of Office will swear to uphold the Constitution of the United States.  Of course, Obama has caught himself in so many lies in his own words and I should be charitable when I say he probably doesn’t know the meaning of truth anymore.  That is not what I believe.

I believe the Obama knows exactly what he is doing and has even before he started running for office.  That is why he has voted “Present” for so many issues; no one can pin him down to what he really believes.

If Obama is elected, he will make a new court: SuCKO: the SUpreme Cort of Kommunistic Obama.

John Longnecker is the publisher of “400 Years of Gun Control and Why It Is Not Working”.  He explained that gun control people use a formal formula to ban guns and it has been successful.

They identify a problem or create one.  They have been known to state as fact lies like “Assault weapons are the gun of choice of criminals.”  The real fact is that they really do not have a propensity for any type of firearm.  They will use anything they can steal or buy on the black market.

Freeze the citizen out of the equation.  They can do this by asserting households that have guns are more likely to be killed or injured with their own guns or other such lies and inaccuracies.  The fact is that most deaths and injuries in households involve firearms brought in from outside the home by third parties!

Have government pass laws to put a band-aid on the problem while restricting gun ownership by the citizens.

Beware of all these lies and inaccuracies and write letters to law makers and newspapers.
