Terrorists Invited On Vacation By President Obama

Rush Limbaugh often demonstrates absurdity by being totally absurd.  He also has an uncanny knack for being a political seer.  His crystal ball is mysteriously accurate.

Rush created Club Gitmo.  I confess could not resist buying a few orange Gitmo T-shirts and wearing them at a hotel NEA meeting and PO-ing a few liberal educators.  I arrived at the hotel a day early for the national Gun Rights Policy Conference, so I was able to get in a double-whammy of irritating liberals, but let me get back to my story. Self Defense And Deadly Force – Part 1

Mr. John Pierce, the Minneapolis Gun Rights Examiner and also a member of the Open Carry group posted an article entitled “The first thing you do is drag him inside”.  I smiled as I read and it planted a seed for one of my now-infamous comments, just hair-breadths away from a rant.  I do not rant.  I am just opinionated based entirely on spiritual, scientific and fully-documented knowledge about guns and God. Is This Really Happening In D.C.?

With all of the anti-gun people that President Obama has added to his cabinet and the people he asks for advice, we really need some people on the deep inside of congress to let us know what is brewing in legislation.  We need someone who can tip us off and try to stand up for us to protect our Second Amendment Rights. Will Kirsten Cave?

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Democrat and a gun-toting mamma approved by the NRA is Hillary Clinton’s replacement for the Senate.  I had remarked in a earlier blog entry that this seemed like a great thing for gun rights.  I did have some reserves and now I am seeing the possible tragedy from the gun owner point of view. Don’t Try This At Home – Or In New York – Part 1

John, a friend of mine, was saying the other day:

‘I am not sure I like the idea of Plaxico Burress becoming the “poster child” for gun rights because what he did was very irresponsible. He should have had the gun in a holster to be safe. But he is getting the shaft and he is a well known celebrity with a lot of people who maybe are not one side or the other on gun rights.’ Read more »

Gun Rights Policy Conference – Part 48

Out of state guns purchases must be done through a pair of FFL persons.  The first is the gun shop where the weapon is purchased from.  You have to go through all the federal requirements, paperwork and FBI checks to be approved for the purchase. Read more »

Gun Rights Policy Conference – Part 47

Mr. Velleco (director of federal affairs for Gun Owners of America) discussed the case of David Olesen.  The ATF arrested him for possession of a machine gun.  The gun was actually a semi-automatic that misfired one time at a range and the ATF was called in. Read more »

Gun Rights Policy Conference – Part 46

John Velleco, director of federal affairs for Gun Owners of America, had some useful things to say about the ATF.  He brought up the Leatherman Multi-tool that the BAFTE was handing out to their field agents.  These tools had “Think Forfeiture” engraved on the side. Read more »

Gun Rights Policy Conference – Part 45

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (BAFTE formerly known as the ATF) was the target of several speakers at this conference.

Dave Hardy gave us some useful insight into the workings of the BAFTE. Read more »

The Restaurant – sub-part 2

We sat down at a round table reminiscent of those poker tables in those western movie bar scenes, right in the middle of the room.  I half-expected to find a well-worn deck of cards.  There was no panicked rush for the doors, or even a slow exodus, and people all around us were friendly.
