I was driving over to see the boys (a pair of beautiful Labs) and I was listening to Brian Sussman, filling in for Lee Rodgers, and his sidekick Ossifer Vic, and they were laughing so much that it was contagious (even if you didn’t know what they were laughing about). They were expanding on the story and making some hilarious conclusions.
After arriving and giving the boys their attention and walks, I went to the KSFO web site and found what they were laughing about.
I had seen a version of this history lesson years ago, so I just have to share it.
If I was a liberal I would say: “It’s even better than the truth.”
Go to the morning show podcast for Monday morning before next this Sunday to hear a podcast of their comments.

Sarah Palin, my latest political love since she was named as John McCain’s Vice President running mate, is finally striking back at the press! I have been wondering when it would happen. I knew deep down in my heart it would happen, but McCain’s campaign had just about kept her in chains during the election. Read more »

We Want Change! Yes We Can! With the echo of the he chants of the Obama supporters still being heard in the wind, the Obama Presidency is progressing right along. Even though he has to wait until the end of January to actually move in, that is not stopping his campaign and newly-anointed staff from Read more »

- Joe Was Right!
The Supreme Court just ruled that it is ok to let fraudulently registered people, dead people, and non-existing people such as Mickey Mouse, to cast ballots in Ohio. At least that is what the effect of the SCOTUS ruling will have. The liberals even had the gall to declare Read more »

Energy

From an earlier post: Every alternative-energy product ever dreamed about immediately takes the place of our fossil-fuel usage.
I had to set the table for this feast by quoting what I wrote in a earlier post.
Take wind power. It could be a viable energy source if there were always winds during the peak periods that we use electricity. Mother Nature does not always corporate, and there are no storage facilities to store the electricity; it is just dumped into the power grid. If it does not get used, it is gone.
Since wind-generated electricity does not create a “carbon footprint” (the fact that the aforementioned footprint does not exist is fodder for another article) it should be welcomed with open arms by the Marxist environmentalists. But lo and behold, the windmills in dem thar hills are now silent. There is a study in California (where else) to determine how many birds, both protected and non-protected species, are being killed and why. There is a windmill farm along 580 where they are turning and there are biologists hiking the hills daily and counting and categorizing the carcasses.
I don’t know how many, but I know the reason: the bird-brained creatures are just too dumb to fly around them. Maybe it’s something like some of our liberal untrained children racing the train in a car; sometimes they lose.
Also, all of a sudden, erecting these windmills might destroy untold species of insects that lay eggs in the ground or borrowing garter snakes. The crazies have filed suits to prevent building all over California.
And the liberal who has fought against using our own resources, Ted Kennedy, blocked installation of windmills off the coast of Massachusetts. It’s funny he had no problem leaving a car leaking gasoline and oil in the water for over 24 hours in a body of water with Drowned Mary inside.
