Vice President Joe Biden was quoted on NBC’s Meet the press: “Everyone guessed wrong at the time the estimate was made about what the state of the economy was at the moment this was passed.”
In all the years I have worked for companies from the U.S. Post Office to running the Bush-Cheney Transition web site (and keeping it secure) I was paid to use my knowledge to perform. If I did not perform, I would expect to be fired. Read more »

Former Pennsylvania RINO Senator (for those liberals in Bezerkeley, this stands for Republican In Name Only), Arlen Specter is reaping what he sowed. After screwing his stupid constituency (they have to be either stupid or dead voters to believe he was really a Republican) he was screwed by the very party he defected to.
Senator Specter changed from Republican to Democrat in what he claimed was based on ideology. In exchange for helping the Democrats to get closer to a guaranteed filibuster-proof Senate, he was promised that he would keep his seniority. After he did the dirty deed, the Democrats went back on their promise. Read more »

This morning President Obama had a photo and Q&A session right before he left the Whitehouse for a flight out to the Left Coast to appear on Jay Leno’s show. He said something about AIG that was just plain-outright wrong!
He said the reason for American International Group Inc.’s failure was the lack of government regulation. The regulators should have been able to prevent AIG from insuring all of the banks that had issued loans for property that defaulted. With regulation, he said, AIG would have not been allowed to issue such insurance. Read more »

Economy and Finance

Fast forward to the Clinton years (Bill, not Hill) and the liberals, with the cooperation of RINOs that should have been members of the Democrat Party but had an “R” beside their name instead, started fining banks unless they increased their number of risky loans to a higher percentage of their total risk. All was just fine, although the number of repossessions increased.
Still the banks did not fare that bad, since real estate prices were still rising or at least leveled out. Read more »

Abortion,

Stem Cells
I have stated many times that the Democrat Party has a Death Plank in their party platform. They worship at the altar of abortion under the pretext of choice. They are only for fetal stem cell research, which has had not one promising trial let alone an actual success. Adult stem cell successes rarely reach the news because of the liberal press (no fairness there) although there have been over 200 verified cures. Read more »
Attorney General Eric Holder (the gun-ban, anti-Second Amendment zealot) says that “…we have always been and continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards” in terms of race. He also says that “we, as average Americans, simply do not talk enough with each other about race.” Read more »

Sara Kuszak was on vacation in Puerto Rico with her fiancé. She was walking down the street alone and started to pass a car with its trunk open and a man nearby. She never saw it coming as he ambushed her, threw her into the open trunk, slammed it shut and drove off.
She made a call for help and the FBI immediately started tracking her cell phone. They caught up with her one hour after they received the call. Read more »

Abortion,
Life
For many years, I have called the Democrat Party the Party of Death. They support suicide, euthanasia, and abortion. They just started with the “stay out of my womb” crowd in the 60’s and progressed since then. As a side note, by looking at most of the leaders of the abortion “rights” crowd, I can’t imagine any of them getting pregnant anyway. At least I didn’t have an urge to get into any of their wombs. From his throne in the Whitehouse, Barack Hussein Obama signed a presidential decree to enable United States taxpayer funds to be used for infanticide. Not just in the United States, but also in countries throughout the world.
Stroke of the pen, law of the land and all of us are subsidizing the true baby killers worldwide. Read more »

Representative Kirsten Gillibrand is a member of the Democrat party. New York Governor David Paterson appointed her to fill the Hildabeast’s open United States Senate seat. This is an interesting appointment. Read more »
