I was born in a hospital in Philadelphia, PA and have a real birth certificate to prove it. So, it was with great interest that I followed the civil rights case against three Black Panther members.

They were seen and recorded on video intimidating some voters who were attempting to vote in the 2008 presidential election. It seems that the Black Panther members were racially profiling people and trying to prevent them from voting.

President Obama was elected and promised that race was a thing of the past. Well, evidently Obama must have some guilt about not being black enough, as his administration was ordered to see what they could do to help the Black Panthers.

The Washington Times reported:

The department’s career lawyers in the Voting Section of the Civil Rights Division who pursued the complaint for five months had recommended that Justice seek sanctions against the party and three of its members after the government had already won a default judgment in federal court against the men.

It is interesting that the Obama administration is reversing the convictions and dropping the additional Civil Rights prosecution. The people who were deprived of their voting rights by intimidation need the federal justice department to stand up for everyone’s rights.

I would bet if white supremacists were just standing around that Philadelphia poling place, they would have been prosecuted and already locked up in prison.

What happened to Obama’s promise of equality?

I disapprove of both the Black Panther’s acts of voter intimidation and the white supremacists acts of voter intimidation. We all have the right to vote, no matter what color we are. In fact, if I get sunburned real bad, my forehead and nose turn purple.

The Liberals are always calling for more Gun Control. Everyone except them knows that there has not been a single gun control program that has stopped, or even reduced gun deaths.

Pick any city run by liberals. Trust me; it’s not hard to pick one, as just about every city with lots of poor people is run by liberals. Look at the gun control measures in place in those cities and you will find the most oppressive laws in the United States. You will also find the highest percentage of murders per capita.

Don’t believe me? Go to http://www.fbi.gov and pull the statistics yourself!

Now, don’t interrupt me anymore.

So, the figures show that liberal control of a city equates with a high murder rate, and some of that, but not all, is due to guns being misused, frequently by felons who are prohibited from law from even being in the same house as a gun, let alone capping off one of his enemies with that infamous sideways shot seen on the movies. It is also a very inaccurate way to shoot and increases you miss factor by a factor of at least 10. I grew up in a town where gun control meant being able to hit your target all the time.

President Obama was probably born with gun control in his veins (Kenya has real strict gun control). For those of you who drank the Kool-Aid, Hawaii also has strict gun control. Even Dog the Bounty Hunter cannot carry a real sidearm; but with a special permit he can use what amounts to a paintball gun loaded with pepper liquid inside the balls. In rare cases, he can also use a bean bag gun.

Follow me while I take you to Chicago, Obama’s political home. With Chicago’s gun control, and vast liberal Democrat Political Machine controlling the city from the voting places to the numbers rackets (allegedly, that is) the death rate should be way down, at least according to the gun banner’s theories. Practical application of gun control by liberals in a liberal, crime-ridden city shows just the opposite; the murder rate is very high.

Just two days into our Independence Day celebrations, 8 people have died (not all by guns) and dozens were wounded. No wonder the hospital Emergency Rooms are busy.

Of course, if your goal is to kill poor people, the liberal gun control is working fine. Remember, you don’t need to be alive to vote Democrat in Chicago.

Senator Obama concentrated part of his campaign on the college campuses that were easy marxs, er marks for grassroots (pun intended) support. The college students, properly indoctrinated in the ways of Karl Marx by their professors, were just about ripe for the easy pickin’s.

Redistribution of wealth was taught to these students quite well and an overwhelming percentage of them would not have an idea that they were Marxists and most would not even think that this and similar ideas were even remotely related to Karl’s way of thinking.

“Yes we can!” was shouted at the rallies. More chants and screams of “Change we can believe in!” roared from the swelling crowds with each passing day on the campi (a little Latin thrown in for those who remember the Romance language as Latin and its derivatives rather than four-letter words panted in fits of carnal heaves).

The so-called intelligentsia on the campus forgot to ask “Yes we can what?” and “What kind of change?” If they had asked, no answer would have been given anyway. So, with the campi mindlessly swaying and swooning to the expertly played Obama drum, the campaign moved on to the other factions of the Democrat Party further to the left.

The BLT crowd (sort of a fruit salad between two others) was courted and Obama promised to make sure their self-chosen lifestyles would be deeply forced down everyone’s throats. This seemed only right because less than three percent of the United States citizens should be able to control the 97% of people who believe in the Biblical definition of marriage. They also swooned, but Obama made sure they did not get too close to his svelte body.

Norm Coleman gave up today when the Minnesota Supreme Court assigned his Senate seat to Al Franken, the SNL comedian and Extreme left-wing Marxist leader of Air America which went bankrupt during his radio show.

The first policy statement out of his mouth was his announcement that he will push the Marxian government mandated health care. The second piece of stuff out of his mouth was his promise to make Minnesota the center of alternative energy to lead the way to eliminate the need for foreign oil. I bet he is not talking about drilling our own oil, just drilling us, the taxpayers.

The Democrat Party actually won this Senate seat years ago. They have consistently prevented a mandatory voter ID from being required in order to vote. The principal of one vote per citizen is the basis of our process of governing our country.

Any video rental store requires a valid driver’s license and a credit card before I can check out a DVD. How can we not require at least a proof of citizenship to safeguard our precious votes?

We need to eliminate the voter fraud of dead people voting. We also need to thwart non-citizens from voting. Finally, we need to eradicate the Democrat precincts’ infamous ballot generation mills that start churning out votes as they are need in order to guarantee an election.

Al Franken (D, Minnesota) “won” with a 312 vote lead with over 500 absentee ballots that the court refused to review. No matter, I know there were at least 313 dead registered Democrats that voted.

I have found the real reason that Obama won the election.

It does not have anything to do with the economy. The anti-war radicals didn’t make a difference. The Eco-terrorists didn’t even pale by comparison. The blood-for-oil chanters were asleep and the high cost of gasoline at the time of the election didn’t matter one iota.

Someone must have awakened the sleeping giant of the Red Diaper Doper Babies (Thanks to Dr. Savage for this real descriptive name).

Don’t laugh; I have proof.

Remember all the Marxist talk that Obama and his minions were spouting? Remember the share-the-wealth scheme that would touch off the great Joe the Plumber scandal? All of the quotes right out of the Communist Manifesto were there. Even a few gems from Mao’s little red book were thrown in for a slightly oriental flavor to this brewing pot of stew.

The hippies from the 60’s that were so stoned out of their minds that they had absolutely no ambition for the last 40-plus years came out of their self-induced comas at the whiff of world-wide Marxism. AND THEY REGISTERED AND VOTED! Probably many times each, since they have short attention spans and truly can’t remember if they had voted or not.

The proof is in the pot, so to speak.

The official Obama transition team http://www.change.org ran a survey on what were the top issues that needed to be solved right away. I’ll give you three guesses what topped the list.

Legalize Marijuana. The Cheech and Chong movie memories suddenly come back and become part of political life again. Pot, Mary Jane, and watch out for that Hawaiian stuff.

Legalize that pot, supposedly for the pure purposes of “medicinal” purposes. Yea, just like the occasional nip of whiskey every 5 seconds or so by your drunk uncle.

Hopefully, when Obama’s team legalizes pot, the hippies will go to sleep for another 40 years and then the true conservatives can repair the damage again.

Radio shock jock Howard Stern performed a great public service for all Americans. He showed how misinformed or just plain uninformed voters can be.

He sent someone into Harlem, NY and asked them if they supported Obama. If he received a “yes” he asked if they supported Obama’s policies. When the answer was yes, the person was asked if they supported Obama’s position on supporting pro-life and staying in the Iraq war and anti-stem cell research. Invariably they said yes.

They even said yes when asked if Sarah Palin, Obama’s running mate, would do a good job as VP, they also said yes! In fact all of McCain’s policy positions when presented as Obama’s were agreed to by the unsuspecting people.

I think this is really sad that some people are voting and they do not have the slightest idea of what they are voting for.

Sean Hannity does a “man on the street” interview that shows people, including college students, do not know who the current Vice President or Secretary of State is. This proves that Harlem does not have a lock on the uninformed.

Now I agree that Howard probably did not play all the people who caught on to his method of questioning. It would be interesting to know what percentage of people he questioned provided such a look into the uninformed. We could also go into very poor white areas and get the same results. Heck, I would venture to say that we could also find a few in Berkeley.

Maybe we should require people pass a test before they are allowed to vote:

Who are the Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates for the two major parties that are running? Name just one thing that the Democrat Party supports. Name just one thing that the Republican Party supports. Who are the current President and Vice President?

We remember the state of Florida being called for Kerry before the voting booths were closed in the panhandle of Florida, causing some Registered Republicans to stay home and not vote. These stupid Republicans nearly cost their own party’s election. We also remember that the TV voter’s estimates were so far off that a “landslide victory” turned into a 500-vote loss.

The TV networks are already planning on calling the election before all the votes have been counted. What about all those “provisional” ballots? Will they be checked out before they are counted? Will there be enough time?

Remember, the polls will be off this year also.

Every vote counts.

No, Virginia, he isn’t Santa Clause, but John McCain is standing up for your servicemen and women when you have shirked that duty.

HamptonRoads.com reported:

“Because many counties in Virginia failed to mail absentee ballots in time to our men and women in uniform stationed overseas, service members are being disenfranchised because they are unable to return their ballots before the November 4 deadline,” campaign spokeswoman Gail Gitcho said in a written statement about the suit, which is scheduled to be heard in Williams’ courtroom at 1:30 p.m. today.

The Democrat Party (run by liberals, of course) has readily moved to disenfranchise voters when those voters are military members serving in harms way. The very people risking their lives defending our right to vote are themselves being cheated out of this sacred right.

A lot of Virginia counties sent out the ballots too late and the liberals are trying to exclude them. Let’s see if justice prevails on this one.

Election Board members were removed from polling places throughout the City of Brotherly Love. There is no love being shown to the Election Board members and the discrimination has started. This prejudice is based on party affiliation.

Democrat officials have forced out the Republican monitors and the corrupt Philadelphia courts have agreed with the Democrat Party bosses, for now.

The Election Board consists of both party members to make sure the elections are fair and there is no cheating going on. If you connect the dots, it is quite easy to draw a conclusion there must be some unethical and/or illegal behaviors going on that the Democrats do not want to be seen.

Philadelphia is the same city that the voting machines showed 2,000 votes for Kerry before the polls even opened.

I am wondering if the Republican Election Board members were told to come back on Wednesday.
