Private companies can limit and even prevent Internet access by their employees. I find no problem with that. Yes, everyone has freedom of association and ought to be able to access whatever web site they choose.
The TSA is a government organization that should have their computers secured against access and hacking. Since my tax dollars help pay for them, I would like to make sure that employee abuse of my tax dollars is kept to a minimum. Read more »

William Penn received a charter from King Charles the Second to found Pennsylvania. Evidently, the king owed William some money, so in partial payment the king gave the land to him.
Instead of doing like other colonists did and just take over the land, Mr. Penn bought the land from the natives. This makes Pennsylvania the first and possibly the only state freely sold by the Native Americans. Penn named Philadelphia from the Greek philos “love” and adelphos “brother” and It has been referred to as the City of Brotherly Love even since. Read more »
When the McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance Bill was first introduced, I said it would limit free speech and was violating the United States Constitution. By limiting spending in the last 30 to 60 days of an election, this bill prevented groups from presenting their views on issues. Read more »

The United States was founded upon the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and the founders did not put a “separation” of church and state in the Bill of Rights. They just stated the God-given right to practice our religion. Read more »

In many areas of this still great country of ours, the Republicans In Name Only have started to join the progressives in the destruction of our values in government. With our nearly last breath of freedom (remember plans for stifling and completely eliminating conservative talk radio and the fight against our religious beliefs with the passage of laws that can convict one of their God-given right of free speech and religious practice.) conservative people are finally standing up for themselves. The offered Trevor a button that said “United We Stand”, but he refused to remove the flag button that said “Under God”. You may defend Home Depot for its dress code, but this is clearly not just a dress code violation. Read more »

The FTC is now invading the free speech rights of bloggers. Like other Marxist endeavors, this one starts slowly, like a terrorist camel poking its nose underneath your tent; eventually, the entire camel will be inside and you will be severely restricted if not even pushed out into the cold. The Democrat Senators and Representatives have been avoiding, for the most part the town hall meetings about healthcare. They have been avoiding questions that they either cannot answer or refuse to answer because the people asking the questions have actually read the bill.
They have admitted that they have not read the bill, yet they proclaim to know what is or is not in the bill. The Death Panels supposedly were not in the bill, yet they finally removed the language in the bill that was being “misinterpreted or had the possibility of being implemented” wrong. Read more »

Brian Sussman exposed this story on his Facebook page and am I ever mad!
Senator Jay Rockefeller (D West Virginia) has been drafting a bill in secret. I know, I know, the Democrats do that all the time, but this one is particularly devastating to our freedom of speech. Read more »
The provocateur has been let out of the FBI’s bag of tricks. An arrest has exposed our government’s insidious breech of ethics and infringement of our First Amendment rights. That’s right, the FBI has been infringing on our right to assemble and our right to express ourselves freely. Read more »
