A couple of months ago, I started receiving reports of BATFE agents invading people who had Federal Firearms Licenses (FFLs). They were rude and ripped through the dealers’ records and questioning them in detail on a random basis.
You see, one of the conditions of being granted a license to sell firearms is you give up your rights for all search and seizure areas of the Constitution. I know personally of several friends that had FFLs so they could get dealer pricing from gun manufacturers. This way they could add to their collection at a reduced cost.
This was many years ago (for my friends’ FFL’s) and all of them have since let their licenses lapse. They did this just because the ATF (old name for the BATFE before they included Explosives as part of their name) about 10 years ago started harassing collectors who had the licenses.
The BATFE is now going around door-to-door again and badgering citizens. They are also doing everything in their power to see and take notes on the guns and their owners. Any attempts to ask for warrants were met with intimidating threats, which the BAFTE agents are very well instructed.
Some ATF agents may even carry that Leatherman tool that says “Think Forfeiture” on the side.
All of this is due to the false claims that guns used by Mexican Drug Lords are supplied by the United States. I say it is being done in preparation for a repressive government to be put in place by the Marxists; that and self defense.
