Cynthia McKinney, the peace activist, Marxist-leaning, security guard indignities distributer, and all-around rabble-rouser, set sail in a yacht to break the blockade set up by Israeli forces. She meant to give aid and comfort to terrorists trying to destroy Israel.
She is even calling on President-elect Obama to do something about Israel’s attacks on the Gaza strip.
She conveniently ignores the common-sense observation that Israel is defending herself against the terrorists hiding in mosques, people’s homes and behind children used as human shields. The terrorists moved into the Gaza strip as soon as Israel gave up the land in hopes for peace.
If Cynthia cares so much for people with the humanitarianism efforts, why didn’t she offer medicine and aid to Israel when they were attacked first? It doesn’t take a genius to see that all that aid and medicine will be used or sold to support the terrorists and not the common people who are hurting.
I am surprised that the Israeli Navy didn’t sink her yacht, rather than nudging it away from Gaza.
Yes, it was probably a bad move by Israel to give up the Gaza strip. I believe there are just too many people in Israel’s government that still believe they can negotiate with terrorists. And it looks like the incoming administration in America has that same leaning.
