I like SPAM. I hate SPAM. There is no conflict in these statements.
Take a couple of slices throw them in the frying pan and cook both sides until they are really well done and crispy on the outside. Just make sure you cut the pieces thick enough and the flames are pretty high. You do not want the inside portion drying up.
Take some butter (or in my case now non-butter stuff ordered by the Doctor) and slather it on two pieces of bread. Take the SPAM and throw it between the bread and enjoy! There is nothing like a fried SPAM sandwich (or two) for lunch on a cold day.
I just think SPAM has gotten a bum rap in the food industry. Maybe I should open up Fred’s SPAM Shoppe.

Oh No Mr. Fred! One of my web sites http://www.fredhoot.com is down and will probably be down for another week or two. It does not make any money, but does have a world-wide readership and allows me to put up pictures, sounds and other material to the right of center that would not do well even here on Liberal Fair. AND TO TOP IT OFF, it is because of SPAM!
